Expected Delivery: Orders are placed with our vendor in batch production after the pre-order period closes. While we anticipate distribution 2 - 3 weeks following, production and shipping timelines may occasionally result in delays. If this occurs, the DES Parent Teacher Organization will communicate updates as soon as possible.Order Distribution: Student spirit shirts will be delivered to students through their Discovery Elementary classroom (Dolphin Class).

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Spirit shirts are made to order based on pre-order quantities.

• All sales are final. Refunds or cancellations cannot be issued once the pre-order period has closed and the order has been submitted to the vendor.

• Please review your order carefully, including shirt size, color, and quantity, before submitting your order.

• Exchanges will only be considered if a shirt is received with a manufacturer's defect or printing error. Requests must be submitted to the DES Parent PTO within 7 days of receiving the shirt.

• If additional inventory is available, the PTO may accommodate size exchanges; however, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
